Maki Goto copies BoA’s PV
OK, first off I’d like to say that I never thought I’d post an “X copies Y” topic. And the title is perhaps a little sharper than I intended (I just wanted something short and snappy 
).
I just watched Maki Goto’s Glass no Pumps PV and the second it started I thought of BoA’s My Name PV which came out a couple of years ago. It absolutely must have been shot in the same location. Look at the chandelier. The caps here are a bit small, but it looks exactly the same. Both videos also alternates between the dance and the artist by a mirror wall.
The songs are completely different and BoA’s dancing is far superior (and BoA is way cooler 
). I just thought it was interesting that they were shot in the same place. Now, as you can see I like BoA more than Maki, but I like Maki too, so this is not a hate-post.

WILL PEOPLE STOP CIRCULATING THIS?! I DON’T CARE WHO COPIED WHO~! MAKI AND BOA ARE BOTH AWESOME ARTISTS~ IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE THE HECK THEIR STUPID PV WAS SHOT, IT MATTERS HOW GOOD THE SONG IS, OKAY?! >

As I said on AHO, I don’t really mean Maki “copied” BoA. I just wanted a short title. “Maki’s PV is shot in the same location as BoA’s” is too long. As for circulating it, this was something I noticed myself, so I’m not circulating anyone else’s opinions.
So, how should I put this more clearly? I’m not suggesting that Maki is copying BoA. This is just an observation that I thought was interesting. As I said before, I like Maki too and the songs are completely different. Any previous debate you had regarding this has nothing to do with me.
