Who doesn’t like good service? But more often than not, whenever you want to return something or have a defective item replaced at a store there’s this whole procedure you have to go through where they make sure you understand how much trouble it is.
This morning when I had arrived at work a detail on my bicycle helmet (a thing used to tighten the fit of the helmet) broke. At my lunch break I went to the bike shop where I had recently bought it. I just went into the store and said that the helmet was defective and immediately they gave me a new one. I didn’t even have a receipt. They even asked if I would be satisfied if they just replaced the helmet. Many other stores would have demanded a receipt which would mean that I would have to get home without a fully functioning helmet, find the receipt and take the car to the store the following day.
Little things like that make your day better.
