Now The Ultimate Fighter season 5 has started and I must say that it looks better than the previous season. The structure of this show is more “classical” with training, fights and a little drama. There will be more fights this season that the previous ones, which is nice. And the ring girl this season is Arianny Celeste which is sooo fine. She’s the prettiest of the octagon girls.

It has also been announced that Zuffa that owns the UFC has acquired Pride. I’m not sure what this will mean exactly, but it should lead to some exciting match-ups.

There seems to be a hold in most TV series I’m watching at the moment. The ones I download are:

• Heroes (very good)
• The Ultimate Fighter (good and getting better)
• Gilmore Girls (always good, but it’s getting better now that they’re getting rid of some annoying characters and Rory is maturing)
• 24 (same old, same old)
• Battlestar Galactica (if it wasn’t for Grace Park I would have given up on this series already, it used to be some good eps and some bad, now they’re mostly bad ones and I hate the “hubris voice” that the President uses all the time)
• The Unit (I’ve sort of lost interest)
• Bleach (anime, this story arc seems better)
• Death Note (anime, very good, but I spoiled it a little by watching the second live action movie)

There are a couple of series I watch on regular TV:

• Shark (I don’t usually watch law series, but I like this one)
• House (I’ve just started watching this, I like the dialogue)
