I mostly get the videos from various J-pop forums like AHN and baboa if I don’t have the DVDs myself. The rest I get from jpopsuki (which is where most of the videos on the forums come from originally).
I use a program called XviD4PSP to convert videos and I use Photoshop to resize (PSP screen size is 480×272 pixels) and edit images. Moving the text is just a matter of using two layers and masking the top layer.
You can also make your own wallpaper on the PSP by zooming in on the picture and then choose “set as wallpaper”.
