This is YUI’s latest music video. The song is called Summer song and it gives me a really good feeling. The PV has the same actors as Laugh away, and this PV seems like sort of a prelude to Laugh away. The story is so cute! I actually have the same headphones as the girl… or well, mine are black (but I was thinking of getting white ones… and mine have noise reduction). I bought them the same day that I signed the contract for my new job.

Argh! The audio was out of sync in the video I uploaded. I managed to screw up my system when I was fiddling with a media server software last week. Now I’ve made a new one that is synchronized properly.
If you’ve downloaded the first version (before I posted this comment), you can replace your video with the new one (same download link).

Ahh… now I feel better. I usually check the videos before I upload them, but last night I was distracted because I was watching the original video on my PS3 as I was typing up the post.
I wonder if the story is from a movie. It would be a very visual movie if that were the case (you understand the story without dialogue). I think it seems a little out of place with Sennheiser headphones in an otherwise Sony sponsored PV, if the story was just for the PV I mean.
BTW, I really like the bridge (or whatever it’s called
) in the song.

the girl in the video is wearing Sennheiser PX200 and she lends the boy a pair of Audio Technica ATH-ON3.
If you mean the headphones that are lying on YUI’s guitar case, I can’t really make those out. Sonys perhaps? In laugh away she’s wearing Panasonic RP-HTX7 headphones (related comment).
