I’ve seen Korean girl group 4Minute at a Music Bank ranking (where they were beaten by Girls’ Generation), but this is the first song I’ve heard. It’s pretty cool.

From time to time the song Ikimasshoi pops into my head. It usually happens when I’m hiking or when it’s time to leave. Then my brain goes “na-na na-na ikimashou!”
Here Morning Musume is performing Ikimasshoi at their 2007 fall concert tour, in all their arm flailing glory

Get ready for some sugar sweet girls performing Etude followed by Tell me your wish (Genie). Seo-hyun looks really cute in the Etude performance.

The Tell me your wish performance is quite funny because it seems like the director of photography/producer/whatever is either a huge fan of Yoon-a or a Tae-yeon anti-fan. Each time Tae-yeon sings it switches to a close-up shot of Yoon-a
I’ve once again gotten back into figures. I’m still waiting for my Good Smile Saber Lily Avalon, which will finally be released at the end of this month. I’ve also bought another display case and some LED lights to light up each shelf. I was planning on displaying only a few figures and rotating them, but now I’ll try to display most of them at once if I can arrange them in a tasteful manner.
I’m a fan of Shunya Yamashita’s designs, but I’ve opted out on some of the latest figures, since they haven’t seemed as nice as I would’ve liked. But now they’ve started taking pre-orders for the mother of all Shunya Yamashita figures: Hattori Kiriko Ninja version.

The design is great. I really like the face, and […] there’s more! »
OMG! YUI cut her hair! Check it out in her new PV It’s all too much.
The song will be available on October 7th on YUI’s new single It’s all too much/Never say die and it’s also the theme song for the upcoming Kaiji movie.

This is what the single cover for the CD+DVD version looks like:
I just saw that Ai Otsuka will have a calendar for 2010. I think this is the first time she has released a wall calendar. It will be available on October 3rd. Normally I’d like to see preview pictures before ordering, but the cover looks promising and it’s Ai!
She’s also releasing another best of album in November called Love is Best. It will include her love songs and one new song. Some of the songs will be re-recorded versions. The album will be released in CD only and CD+DVD (music videos) versions.
Update: I posted previews of the actual calendar here.
It’s time for some “classic” High and Mighty Color in the form of the music video for Here I am.
For your convenience, I’ve collected the ELT videos I’ve posted thus far in this torrent.
BoA is releasing a “Deluxe Edition” of her self-titled U.S. album at the end of this month (digital release is today).
This version has 2 new songs and one new remix (YesAsia states that there’s 4 new tracks in total, but I haven’t seen that info anywhere else). The new songs are “Control” and “Crazy About” and the remix is “Energetic (Radio Edit)”, which is the version used in the music video.
The Deluxe Edition is available on iTunes Store as of today, at least for people in the U.S.
All of the new songs are available for preview on YouTube.
I wish they’d release a CD+DVD version with the new music videos, but that doesn’t seem to be the case
