Just posting an mp3 of IU’s Marshmallow (마쉬멜로우) for a friend of mine
.
The song is form IU’s second mini-album iu…im.
I already posted the music video earlier.
This is IU’s first performance of The Story Only I Didn’t Know. It’s also the best, and most emotional, so far in my opinion.

She performed a short version of Good Day earlier in the show and the contrast between the songs makes The Story Only I Didn’t Know even sadder. I felt like crying the first time I watched it (which was also the first time I heard the song).
IU puts her cute image on the shelf and returns to her roots with the song The Story Only I Didn’t Know (나만 몰랐던 이야기), which is an emotional ballad. REAL+, which contains this song and Cruel Fairy Tale (잔혹동화), complements the REAL mini-album well with its contrasting theme.
The music video for The Story Only I Didn’t Know features actress Park Bo-young, whom you might recognize from movies such as Scandal Makers and ESP Couple.
Although the music video is very emotional with tears flowing, I found it more moving to watch IU perform the song on stage. I will select a good live performance for you guys and post it later.
I just saw this commercial for Samsung Galaxy S Hoppin, featuring IU and actor Hwang Jung-hwan, and thought it was hilarious (and cute).
In order to make up for cutting her promotion of the third mini-album REAL short, IU is returning with the release of REAL+.
It’s what they call a “mini plus album”, which contains three new tracks (two songs) that act as an epilogue to the REAL mini-album. It’s basically what would’ve been added if they’d released a repackaged album.

On March 9th YUI is releasing a new Live DVD titled Hotel Holidays in the Sun, which contains her concert at Budokan from November last year.
This is actually only her second live DVD that’s being released as a separate item. The rest have been included on the limited edition versions of her albums.
I’m looking forward to this DVD. I’ll buy it for sure. The retail price is 3990 yen.

Update: now available for pre-order.
It’s been too long since the last KARA video, so here’s another Jumping performance. This time with black outfits and a backdrop reminiscent of the music video.
The contract issue with DSP that I mentioned earlier hasn’t been fully resolved yet, but there’s been an agreement that all KARA members will fulfil their scheduled activities in Japan and Korea.
It’s My Life is one of YUI’s more upbeat and happy songs. It features the Japanese female ska band ORESKABAND (ore ska band).

I like this song, and I love seeing YUI smile. The wardrobe and styling is a bit different from what we’re used to seeing from YUI.

This isn’t actually a song performed by Girls’ Generation, but rather a song about the girls. It’s by Yoo Young-jin (유영진), who is one of the producers/songwriters at SM Entertainment.

The song comes as a bonus track on SNSD’s 1st Asia Tour: Into the New World album. The song is not all that good to be honest, but it’s an homage to the girls.
