This video was requested a looong time ago. It’s I’ll Be Back by 2PM, which was released last year.
October 2011
This song was originally made for an endorsement of Yamaha Fiore scooters. It was later included on 2NE1’s second mini-album, but they removed the mentions of “Fiore” in the lyrics.
For Saveon.
The auto-tune fest continues
. This performance was requested by Rin a while back. It’s the Japanese version of Bo Peep Bo Peep.
T-ara recently released the Japanese version of Yayaya (youtube). Like Bo Peep Bo Peep, it’s very similar to the Korean original, but without the story element. The concept is the same. I was hoping they’d do their Korean comeback next week, but I guess they’ll be busy in Japan.
This is SNSD’s comeback stage from last week’s Music Bank. Listen to the audience when Sunny starts singing
. I guess that means that her new look is a hit
.
It’s actually a combination of two performances. One with an extended stage and another set of outfits that they cut to a few times to give you a similar effect as in the music video.

Pretty adorable, right?
After all the teasers, SNSD’s new album The Boys was finally released today. Along with it, two versions of the music video for the title track were unveiled. One Korean version and one English. As much as I like (and prefer) the Korean one, the English version is much better than I had expected. I thought it’d sound, I don’t know.. cornier?

With all the build up with all the teasers, there was a huge risk of disappointment, but The Boys isn’t even close to disappointing. I love the music video! After the short teasers, a 5 minutes and 20 seconds long music video almost results in pleasure overload though

All the members show off a number of different styles and outfits in the video. Yoon-a looks amazing with her tiara, and the other outfits too. Tae-yeon’s multi-coloured hair nearly made me let out a fangirl scream! […] there’s more! »
Orange Caramel, a sub-unit of After School, recently returned with the song Shanghai Romance. To me the song has more of a J-Pop feel to it, with it’s somewhat familiar sounding melody. I can’t really place it though. Pretty catchy!
Requested by JRock.
The music video is out! So many different styles for each member! Look at Tae-yeon’s multi-coloured hair! *dies* And Yoon-a looks amazing!
The goodness just keeps coming for 5 minutes and 20 seconds!
I’ll post a downloadable version later. When I’ve recovered from all the spazzing.
Update: English version: […] there’s more! »
In just a few weeks (November 2nd) YUI will be releasing her new album called HOW CRAZY YOUR LOVE. One of the new songs on the album is Lock On, which will also be the theme song for the upcoming drama Kaito Royale. The casino theme in the music video comes form the drama.

Lock On has a bit of a new sound compared to YUI’s previous stuff. Or rather, a combination of the various styles she has used in the past. It’s good, but my first impression is that it’s perhaps a little “all over the place”. It’s getting better with each listen though. I really like the “oo-oo-ooh” at the end of the chorus

Girls’ Generation ~ The Boys music video teaser (30 seconds)
6 commentsEarlier today the 30 second versions of the music video teasers for The Boys were released. The Korean version sounds better in my opinion.
