While I still like (love) the original more, the Japanese version is really good too.

I like how they’ve changed up the video a little. Not keeping the choreography would have been just wrong, so I’m glad they kept it. I liked the outfits in the original more too, but it would have been extremely boring if everything had looked the same as if they had just made a Japanese voice over of the original video.

I’m not sure about Tae-yeon’s hair style where they’re wearing the green outfits though.

Re:ache is HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR’s final single. It’s a slower song.

It’s a pretty “normal” music video, but I like it more than Game. They got better use of the “Matrix” photo rigg in this one.

I really dig the “angelic” outfit and makeup.

The DVD I took this from actually has English subtitles for the dialogue in the video, but I think you can understand what’s going on without them .

Perhaps Ji-young’s character in the video should work on her communication skills a little, so that she doesn’t have to pull a Misery and break the poor guy’s leg to be able to confess her love .

This is another KARA song that I’m sure that I’ve heard before. I don’t have a clue as to where I’ve heard it though. Perhaps I caught a glimpse of it at Mnet M!Countdown or Inkigayo when they won over SNSD’s Gee.

Just a random thought: who came up with the set design in the video? “We need something to smack up behind the girls in the Honey video”, “How about some hearts and stuff?”, “No no! It has to be original!”, “Um, honey…comb?”, “Brilliant! That’s just the kind of radical thinking we need. You’re promoted!”

Mister was the song that was picked for KARA’s first Japanese single. It doesn’t sound as weird in Japanese as I would have thought. The Korean version is better though.

I was singing along to this song while driving the other day (no neighbours to worry about bothering on the road ) and I noticed that I was able to imitate the “aow!” shout perhaps a little too well.

Not to raise your expectations too much, but this song is awesome!

This is the first (ok, sec… third!) in a series of KARA songs that I will post.

The song is called Rock U, but it sounds nothing like the title. It’s so cute! It sounds like a song that could be used in the end credits of a Korean romantic comedy. Especially the part where they go “니가 너무 좋아 너무너무 좋아” (niga neomu joha, neomuneomu joha).

It’s perhaps not the most representative song of KARA’s, but I really like it and I’ve been singing it all day, so this one gets posted first (um, third) . It also has the names of all the members. My current favourite is Seung-yeon.

You might notice that the sound “breaks up” in a few places, but this is there in the original music video on the DVD (the Gom TV version has it too). It’s not due to my editing.
