The single will be released on January 20th (which just happens to be somebody’s birthday ).

Sorry for not posting the music video yet, but the ones I’ve found have been of pretty poor quality and I prefer to wait until I have something with higher quality.

Yoon-a of Girls’ Generation is the new model for Innisfree, which is one of those “natural cosmetics” companies. The pictures from their latest commercial look great!

The official wallpapers are now available for YUI’s single It’s all too much/Never say die, which will be released next week.

The wallpapers above are both 1280×1024 pixels and, as usual, depict the cover art of the different versions of the single.

I found this wallpaper of Yoon-a from Girls’ Generation the other day. It’s pretty nice. I’m using it on my laptop right now and I might use it at work, when my vacation ends in a few hours.

The wallpaper is 1920×1200 pixels. Unfortunately I don’t remember where I got it. It has a watermark at the bottom though.

By recommendation I recently started watching the Japanese drama series Mop Girl (モップガール) starring the lovely Keiko Kitagawa. It’s only ten episodes long, so it won’t take long to finish it, but I’m enjoying it.

The story is about Momoko, who has the ability to travel back in time if she touches the belongings of someone who has died, so that she can try to prevent their deaths. Kind of like Tru Calling, but Mop Girl has a more feel-good quality to it. It’s a mix of comedy and drama.

Ayu looks great in the CM and you can hear the title track of her next album NEXT LEVEL in the background.

Unfortunately I’m not especially excited about the release of NEXT LEVEL (which will be out March 25th, by the way). I haven’t been very into Ayu’s recent songs, so this might actually be the first of Ayumi Hamasaki’s albums that I won’t buy. I do, of course, reserve the right to change my mind

BoA recently started modeling for the Korean beer brand Hite. I don’t know how the beer sales went, but they had big problems with people stealing the posters
